These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and FreshPlan Weekly concerning your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. Your continued use of FreshPlan Weekly constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

2. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your information and promptly update it as necessary.

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

3. Subscription and Billing

FreshPlan Weekly offers subscription meal plans delivered on a weekly basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of your subscription.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the next delivery date. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer service team.

Prices are subject to change with 14 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver fresh, ready-to-eat meals to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times and availability may vary by location.

You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. If a delivery is refused or cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for redelivery.

Our meals are packed in insulated containers with ice packs to maintain freshness. Please refrigerate immediately upon delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, design, graphics, and other materials on FreshPlan Weekly are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any part of our website without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

FreshPlan Weekly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
